Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept folllowing payment methods available in Pakistan:

  1. Online Bank Transfer
  2. Cash On Delivery (COD)
  3. Credit/Debit Card

Exchange & Refund Policy

  • For any items defective or damaged in shipping and all requests for return and exchange, you may contact the Customer Experience Team. Send an email to thewurfdecore@gmail.com or whatsApp on 0325-6541613 with the subject 'Returns' or 'Exchange' and include your Order number, Name and the reason for the exchange / return.
  • To claim exchange or Refund, we require picture and videos of the packing box and the product for evidence  when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Without an evidence, the claim will not be accepted.
  • We will accept requests for returns or exchange of item within 7 days from the date product is received by our Customer Experience Team.
  • If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, (e.g. Soaked or drenched, heavily dented, tampered boxes, altered packaging, seal is broken), DO NOT accept the package. We require that you contact us within 24hours upon delivery and submit valid photos or video and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  • If the product is not as shown in our images and videos, we will REFUND your money.
  • Any return or exchange due to change of mind or mistake in ordering will not be permitted. Confirmation is asked prior to check out.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • Sales Items are NOT REFUNDED / EXCAHNGED.

Order Placement

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.thewurfdecore.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at thewurfdecore@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

What countries do you ship to?

We have partnered with TCS to ensure you receive orders on highest priority.

We ship all over Pakistan.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping fee can vary based on on-going promotions and Weight of the shipment. Standard Rs.250 will be charged for shipping. Shipping Charges will be calculated at Checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the city LAHORE will be delivered within 2-3 Working days. Shipping to Cities other than Lahore may take up to 6-7 working days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Warranty

What is the warranty policy?

All of our products have been insured by Trax courier service, in case of any damage during delivery we will replace you free of cost with new one but if it gets damaged by you then we are not responsible for that.
